CABS Rotating Body Vibration (Field Balance) Measurement, Monitoring, and Management
It is a multi-point axis vibration and phase measurement analysis device for turbo machinery/rotating bodies. It can be used as a monitoring device to understand the overall condition of the machine, focusing on dynamic balancing and its adjustment.
■Overview This device measures shaft vibrations of various rotating machinery, including turbines, and supports dynamic balancing adjustments. (It is applicable to turbo machinery such as steam turbines, gas turbines, blowers, pumps, as well as electric motors and generators.) It can also be expanded into an operational condition monitoring system. ■Features - Visualization of dynamic balance using modal circles (Nyquist diagrams) - Calculation of optimal balance weights for up to six planes based on measurement results - Capability to link with a database for long-term history management - Possible integration of predictive detection algorithms [Utilize the experiences you have cultivated!] - Integration with external systems such as push alarm notifications and cloud services is also possible ◇ The signal input circuit of the main product is equipped with an anti-aliasing filter compatible with velocity-type vibration sensors. ◇ A lineup from operational management equipment using acceleration measurement to portable balancers, field balancers, and continuous monitoring is available. ◇ Applicable to low-speed/high-speed rotating machinery (export overseas: prior consultation required). ◇ Additional measurement items, various function additions, and modifications for installation specifications for manufacturing site quality control are possible. ◇ There is also a predictive detection model incorporating the Taguchi method. ◇ Torsional vibrations are also acceptable (including for marine applications).
